Holly Jolly, it's me Uncle Collie!!
The best time of the year! Uncle James and I have been watching every Christmas movie under the snow-filled sky this year, and I am shocked how many I've missed: The Family Stone (cried), The Holiday (cried), The Polar Express (cried from fear). We've also been eating an exuberant amount of chocolate from our FOUR advent calendars. That's right. Uncle James got FOUR advent calendars this year, which frankly, I did not fight him on. It's Christmas for goodness sake, let us eat! Speaking of, I can't wait for Margaret's tin cookies! I've been talking about them a lot. So much so that outsiders have asked how they can get in on this exclusive list - Margaret let's turn this into a business idea. I can't wait to be merry with you all! My wish list reads as follows:
- LOVE: Hugs, Kisses, Compliments
- KITCHEN: I asked James to be my mentor in the kitchen and he's been yelling at teaching me all year long. I've learned a lot, but I'm keen to dive deeper! Cook's Illustrated is a cute mag that might help my education. A cute ceramic dish for casseroles (could be second hand!) might help with the experiments.
- HANDS and FEET: It got cold here quick! A nice little pair of leather gloves or some stylish socks are all the rave!
-BEAUTY: It's strange, but someone seems to be punching me square in the face each night as I'm sleeping, because otherwise, I can not explain these bags under my 25 year old eyes. Maybe under eye mask patches will help?
- WRITING: I like a good moleskine notebook, maybe a fancy pen to go with it! Call me crazy!
